RE: APPROVE ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW -
SAM PARKER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on the 5th day of August, 1987 , at the hour of 2: 00 p.m.
in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Sam Parker, 3083 Lowell Lane, Erie, Colorado
80516 , for a Use by Special Review for a use similar to uses
listed as Uses by Special Review in the A-Agricultural Zone
District for storage, fabrication, and distribution of wooden
storage buildings, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a letter dated July 23 , 1987 , the A
applicant is requesting that said Use by Special Review
application be withdrawn, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to grant the request of
the applicant withdrawing his application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, of Weld County, Colorado, that the application of
Sam Parker for a Use by Special Review be, and hereby is,
withdrawn.

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
August, A.D. , 1987.

A public hearing was conducted on August 5, 1987, at 2:00 P.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy, Chairman
Commissioner C.W. Kirby, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Gene Brantner - Excused
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson - Excused
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Debbie Campbell
Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
y Planning Department representative, Rod Allison
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 15, 1987, and
duly published June 18, 1987, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public hearing
qe¢ was conducted to consider the request of Sam Parker for a Use by
Special Review Permit for a use allowed as Uses by Special Review in
the A-Agricultural Zone District for the storage, fabrication, and
distribution of wooden storage buildings. Lee Morrison, Assistant
County Attorney, made this matter of record. Rod Allison, of the
Planning Department, said that a letter, dated July 23, 1987, had been
received from Mr. Parker requesting that his application be withdrawn.
It was a consensus of the Board to grant this request.
This Certification was approved on the 10th day of August, 1987.
