RE: DECLARE CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Weld County owns a flat low boy Martin trailer,
Serial No. 9618 , which it no longer needs , and
WHEREAS, Willies Grain , Inc. has submitted a letter offering
the County $3 , 000 . 00 and an enclosed 1978 Comet semi-trailer van ,
Serial No. 57822171 , in exchange for said low boy trailer, a copy
of said letter being attached hereto and incorporated herein , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to declare the flat low
boy Martin trailer as surplus property and accept the offer of
Willies Grain, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the flat low boy
Martin trailer, Serial No. 9618 , be, and hereby is , declared
surplus.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the offer, as
hereinabove described, submitted by Willies Grain, Inc . be , and
hereby is , accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
March, A.D. , 1986 .
