RE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT FOR MALT, VINOUS, AND
SPIRITUOUS LIQUOR FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES ONLY,
ISSUED TO GREELEY CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL CLASS REUNION 1979,
FROM 12:30 P.M. TO 7:00 P.M. ON AUGUST 13, 1989
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Greeley Central High School Class Reunion 1979
has presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, an application for a Special Events County Retail Permit
for the sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor for
consumption on the premises only, and
WHEREAS, the applicant having paid the sum of TWENTY-FIVE
DOLLARS ($25.00) to Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to the laws
providing therefore in payment for a County Retail. Permit for the
sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor for consumption on the
premises only, for an event scheduled for one day only on August
13, 1989, from 12:30 P.M. TO 7:00 P.M., at the location described
as follows:
3525 Lynn Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631
WHEREAS, the applicant has also paid the sum of TWENTY-FIVE
($25.00) to the Department of Revenue, State of Colorado, for a
State Retail Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that having examined said
application and the other qualifications of the applicant, does
hereby permit the applicant to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous
liquor for consumption on the premises only at said place as above
described, said permit to be effective for one day only on August
13, 1989, from 12:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., provididng said place
where the applicant is authorized to sell the malt, vinous, and
spirituous liquor for consumption on the premises only, shall be
conducted in strict conformity to all the laws of the State of
Colorado and the rules and regulations relating thereto,
heretofore passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, and any violation thereof shall be cause for
revocation of the permit.

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
July, A.D., 1989.
