Home My WebLink About880739.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE AMENDMENT TO REGULAR (112) PERMIT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Amendment to the Regular (112) Permit concerning a gravel pit located at North 11th Avenue and "O" Street, Greeley, Colorado, and WHEREAS, said Permit is being amended by adding an additional 55 acres to the existing acreage, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Amendment, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Amendment concerning the gravel pit located on North 11th Avenue and "O" Street be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said Amendment.
