HomeMy WebLinkAbout880589.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE VACATION OF RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 641 - VESSELS OIL AND GAS COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated October 12 , 1983 , approve Recorded Exemption No. 641 for Vessels Oil & Gas Company on property described as the SE} , Section 28 , Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Vessels Oil and Gas Company to vacate said Recorded Exemption No. 641 , in order to correct a violation of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, upon recommendation from the Department of Planning Services, the Board deems it appropriate to approve said request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Vessels Oil and Gas Company to vacate Recorded Exemption No. 641 be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that approval of said vacation is conditional upon Vessels Oil and Gas Company submitting a purported deed indicating that the land is one parcel of 60 .5 acres , more or less. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of July, A.D. , 1988 . VESSELS OIL & GAS COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Commission- ers at a public meeting held in the Chambers of the Board, that the division into two parcels of land, as shown on the plat known as Record- ed Exemption No. , having been requested by Vessels Oil & Gas Company, described as the Southeast %G, Section 28, Township 1 North .
