RE: AUTHORIZE WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ISSUE DUPLICATE TAX SALE
CERTIFICATE TO FARAMIR FARMS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has
requested authority to issue duplicate Tax Sale Certificate No.
397 of the 1982 Tax Sale, issued by the Weld County Treasurer to
Faramir Farms, which Certificate has been lost, misplaced, stolen
or destroyed, covering the 1981 taxes on the following described
property, to-wit:

WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer has presented a Last
Instrument Bond for the Board' s approval and acceptance, to
indemnify him and Weld County against loss by reason of issuing
said duplicate Tax Sale Certificate, a copy of said bond being
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it to be in the best interest of
Weld County to authorize the Weld County Treasurer to issue
duplicate Tax Sale Certificates under proper circumstances of
indemnification of both the Weld County Treasurer and Weld County,
Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County
Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be, and hereby is, authorized to
issue duplicate Tax Sale Certificate No. 397 of the 1982 Tax Sale
to Faramir Farms, subject to receiving a proper bond, in the
proper amount, as complete indemnification of the Weld County
Treasurer and Weld County, Colorado.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
October, A.D. , 1985 .

The condition of this obligation is such that, WHEREAS, a certain Tax
Sales Certificate No. 397 of the 1982 Tax Sale of Weld County, Colorado,
issued and signed by the then Treasurer of Weld County, State of Colorado,
and assigned to , for the sum of $ 95.76
the same having been lost, and having established by proof of said loss to the
satisfaction of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
and they have by proper Order entered a record authorizing the issuance of a
duplicate Tax Sale Certificate by the County Treasurer Numbered 397
of the 19 82 Tax Sale with all subsequent endorsements thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, If the said Obligors shall save the County of
Weld and keep harmless the County and all of its officials from all damages,
suits and claims of whatever nature, occasioned by the issuance of said
duplicate Tax Sale Certificate without the surrender of the original, then
this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain it} full force and effect.
