MAVITY WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 29th day of January, 1986 , considered the request of Fay L. and Betty J. Mavity for one mobile tome to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being located on Lot 1 , Block 30 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Fay L. and Betty J.
