RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JOHN T. MARTIN TO NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a vacancy currently exists on the North Colorado
Medical Center Board of Trustees, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that John T. Martin be
appointed to serve on said Board for a term to expire January 8 ,
1991 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint John T. Martin to serve
on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that John T. Martin be,
and hereby is, appointed to serve on the North Colorado Medical
Center Board of Trustees , for a term to expire January 8 , 1991 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
February, A.D. , 1988 .
