The Division of Local Government has received your request for
allocation from the statewide balance of $7,500,000, for the
Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond project. We are sorry to
inform you that there are not sufficient funds available in the
statewide balance at this time to cover your request. The
earliest that funds from the statewide balance might become
available for your project will be around mid-August, 1986.
Your project has been placed on a waiting list in accordance with
Colorado Revised Statutes 24-32-1607. A copy of the list is
provided for your information. When your project is at the top
of the list, you will be notified by the Department.
