Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the ▪ o

owns said property, is requesting that Permits #85-33 and #85-34
be transferred to its name, and o o

WHEREAS, the Bank agrees to comply with the requirements of
the Conservation Plan as presented originally, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable
to transfer the above mentioned permits to the Commercial Bank of
Sterling.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that Permits #85-33 and
#85-34 be, and hereby are, transferred to the Commercial Bank of
Sterling.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said Transfer of Permits .

adopted by the Weld County Board of County Commissioners
on May 19, 1982 , and requiring the issuance of permits for
the plowout and cultivation of grassland. Pursuant to Ordi-
nance No. 108 , the landowner is required to follow a conserva-
tion plan approved by the local Conservation District Board.
The landowner is advised to contact the local Soil Conserva-
tion District Board for any amendments or updates to the
