RESOLUTION RE: DECLARE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, COLO- RADO AS SURPLUS PROPERTY. Commissioner Senden offered the following resolution and owed its adoption: WHEREAS, on September 16, 1930, Nellie L. Powers executed a warranty deed to Weld County, recorded October 2, 1930 in Book 900, Page 619, Weld County, Colorado records, for a certain tract of land in the North Half of the Southoast Quarter (N.'-SE ) of Section 19, Township 1 N., Range 66 W. , in Weld County, containing 2 acres, more or less, an.: described by metes and bounds, said land bein for gravell pit purposes, and, NREREA , the Board of County Commissioners, upon examination, has discovered that the land so described was erroneous, in that the metes and bounds description commenced from an erroneous starting point; that the land actually occupied and used by Weld County and the land intended to be conveyed by said deed was a separate and different tract lying to the east, and, WHEREAS, the owner of the tract so occupied by Weld County and intended to be conveyed by said deed offers to and has tendered to Weld County a correction deed for said tract and desires to have the tract so erroneously deeded by her to Weld County, reconveyed to her. N0W, THEREFORE,FOR THE REASONS AFORESAID, IT IS ORDERED, that the Harlan Strong be and hereby is constituted and appointed as Commissioner of Weld County, Colorado, to make a conveyance, by quit claim deed, of said property, as aforesaid to said Nellie E. Pavers, which rroperty is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A parcel of land in the North Half the the Southeast tiue,rter of Section Nineteen, Towhn.ship One North of Range Sixty-six West of the Si:,th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, containing; two acres of land described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of a private right of way, said ri.-ht of way being twenty feet off of the South side of the North Half of the Southeast lauarter of said Section Nineteen. Said point sing 1544 feet West of the East line of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section Nineteen running thence Forth 426.5 feet; thanes West 40'i.2 feet; thence South 426.5 feet; thence East 204.2 feet to the point of beginning. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that to such conveyance, the said Harlan Strong is authorized to affix the seal of said County and said uonve,:ance, when executed according to this order, shall have the effect to transfer to said Nellie E.
