RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GIFT OF CALCULATOR FROM BRODART, INC . FOR WELD
COUNTY LIBRARY
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Brodart, Inc. has delivered to the Weld County
Library a calculator valued at $5 .00 , included as a gift with an
order of $75 . 00 , as detailed in PO #401544 , and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept
all donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the gift of a
calculator valued at $5 . 00 from Brodart, Inc. is hereby accepted
by the Board and designated to be used at the Weld County Library.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
January, A.D. , 1985 .
