Dear Mr. Jamison:
As we discussed on Friday afternoon, the Department of Planning Services'
Staff has reviewed your proposal to change the size of the building shown on
your Use by Special Review Permit plat from 30 feet by 80 feet to 50 feet by
90 feet. The staff has determined that changing the size of the proposed
building does not constitute a major change to your Use by Special Review
Permit in this case.
We have also determined that the addition of another mobile home to your
property does not constitute a major change to your Use by Special Review
Permit as long as all zoning and building codes are met. Processing of your
zoning permit for your mobile home will begin today and you may expect
approximately 30 days processing time.
