RE: GRANT REQUEST OF FRED OTIS, ON BEHALF OF ROBERT SEE, TO
PRE-ADVERTISE USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Fred Otis, on behalf of Robert See , has submitted a
letter to the Board requesting that a Use by Special Review
application be pre-advertised, and
WHEREAS, a copy of said letter is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
grant said request to pre-advertise this matter, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable that the hearing
concerning this matter shall be on Wednesday, January 14, 1987, at
2: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Fred
Otis , on behalf of Robert See, to pre-advertise a Use by Special
Review be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing
concerning this matter be, and hereby is, set for 2: 00 p.m. ,
Wednesday, January 14 , 1987.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
December, A.D. , 1986.

Permit for a Change in a Nonconforming Use (Cultured Marble Fabri-
cation Facility) on a parcel of land described part of the W
1/2 of Lot 2, SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 9, T5N, R65W of the 6th
P.M., Weld County, Colorado
Dear Commissioners:
Be advised that I represent the Estate of Robert Hinman and Robert
See with regard to the referenced Land Use Application. Please consider
this letter as a request for preadvertising on the referenced Application.
The property is in an estate administered by First Interstate Bank
of Denver. Robert See has offered to buy the property and has located
a potential tenant; i.e. , Tiffany Marble Creations (Tiffany). Tiffany
will be using the property as a marble fabrication facility.
We believe that Tiffany will be a suitable tenant and that it will
have no impact on the surrounding property owners. Tiffany is cramped
for space in its present location in Evans, Colorado, and is ready,
willing and able to get its operation underway at the new facility.
The Estate of Robert Hinman and Robert See, therefore, request that
you allow preadvertising in connection with the referenced land use
Application.
