To whom it may concern:
Special Use permit 234 was approved by Weld County in larch, 1974 . The
approved permit would allow a maximum of 184,000 poultry en approximately 60
acres. Turkeys may be substituted for chickens. The use of the property
must be in compliance with the permit's conditjons of approval and the
number of structures shown in the Special Use permit plot plan on file with
our department. Any expansion or enlargement cf the number of approved
poultry, structures, or acreage shall require a new application and approval
by Weld County.
