HomeMy WebLinkAbout850775.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1038 - WESTERN WILDLIFE ADVENTURES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 26th day of June, 1985 , considered the request of Western Wildlife Adventures for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: NE¢ of Section 30 , NWa NWa and Part of SWa NW4 and NWQ SWa, all in Section 29 , Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned condition. The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons: WILL WILL NOT X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive Plan. X Be compatible with the surrounding area. X Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood. X Adversely affect the immediate area. COMMENTS: The mobile home will be used as a residence for a farm manager/security person for the property. The Department of Planning Services has received no objections to this proposal. The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon the following: 1.
