RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1038 - WESTERN WILDLIFE
ADVENTURES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 26th day of June, 1985 , considered the request of
Western Wildlife Adventures for a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
NE¢ of Section 30 , NWa NWa and Part of SWa NW4
and NWQ SWa, all in Section 29 , Township 6
North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) The
mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the
applicant has complied with the above mentioned condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Western Wildlife Adventures for permission to place a mobile home
to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel
of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of
the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted
subject to the hereinabove listed conditions.

Location: Approximately 1/2 mile southwest of Windsor, south of Weld
County Road 66 and west of Colorado Highway 257.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:
WILL WILL NOT
X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive
Plan.
X Be compatible with the surrounding area.
X Be in harmony with the character of the
neighborhood.
X Adversely affect the immediate area.
X Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal
facilities.
X Adversely affect the general health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the
County.
COMMENTS:
The mobile home will be used as a residence for a farm manager/security
person for the property.
The Department of Planning Services has received no objections to this
proposal.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the following:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
2. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the
applicant has complied with Condition 1 above.

Access is from a private dirt road to Weld County Road 66, a dirt road. The
site is farmed on the northeast side of the property. The hilly topography
of the remainder, however, does not lend itself to agricultural use. The
mobile home in question is located on the site.
There are four residences within 1/4 mile of the property.

As representative of the Whiting Estate Farm, I, Thomas S.
Whiting, grant Western Wildlife Adventures, Inc. of Fort
Collins, Colorado, or their agents, permission and authority
to apply for and secure for the Whiting Farm:
1) a mobile home permit
2) water, gas and electrical utilities for
the mobile home
3) soil conservation information, permits,
technical assistance and supervision
and 4) permits, information and assistance for
septic tank and leach field for mobile home.
Western Wildlife Adventures and the Whiting Estate Farm have
agreed in principle to enter into a 5 year lease arrangement
beginning in May of 1985 . -
This document is being provided prior to finalization of a
more complete, formal agreement still in preparation.

Dear Chris :
This is to confirm that in 1979 the United Bank
of Greeley paid $4 ,400 for a 3/4 " water tap to serve
a parcel of property known as the Frank Whiting estate
in the NE 1/4 of Section 30, T6N, R67W. This gives
the owner of the property the right to install a 3/4"
water tap in the 20" water main owned by the Town of
Windsor. This will provide potable water in sufficient
quantity to serve a residence.
