HomeMy WebLinkAbout851060.tiff HEARING CERTIFICATION DOCKET NO. 85-28 RE: APPORTIONMENT FOR WELD COUNTY LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 A public hearing was conducted on June 26, 1985, at 2:00 P.M. , with the following present: Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson, Chairman Commissioner Gene Brantner, Pro-Tem - Excused Commissioner C.W. Kirby Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Mary Reiff Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison Director of Finance and Administration, Don Warden The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 15, 1985, and duly published May 30, 1985, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public hearing was conducted to consider the apportionment of costs associated with improvements which have been, or are about to be, completed and accepted for Weld County Road 5 within Weld County Local Improvement District No. 1984-1. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record and explained the actions to be taken at this hearing. Don Warden, Director of Finance and Administration, presented a reconciliation of the cost of this project. The owner of the affected property was neither present nor represented. Mr. Morrison presented a Resolution for the Board's approval which summed up the issues involved. Commissioner Kirby moved to approve the Statement of Apportionment, the Assessment for Weld County Road 5 within Weld County Local Improvement District No. 1984-1, and the Resolution of Assessment. Commissioner Lacy seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
