RE: APPOINTMENT OF CHALK BLUFFS PEST CONTROL DISTRICT ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of August, 1985 , the Board approved
the establishment of the Chalk Bluffs Pest Control District, and
WHEREAS, the Cooperative Extension Service has recommended
that Dean Luchsinger, Al Hicks, Hugh Peltz , David L. True and Toby
Wingert be appointed to the Chalk Bluffs Pest Control District
Advisory Board .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Dean Luchsinger, Al
Hicks, Hugh Peltz , David L. True and Toby Wingert be, and hereby
are, appointed to the Chalk Bluffs Pest Control District Advisory
Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
September, A.D. , 1985 .
