Home My WebLink About860018.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CORRECTED WARRANTY DEED FOR DAVE KNOWLTON AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on March 25 , 1981 , the Board of County Commissioners accepted the bid submitted by Dave Knowlton for the purchase of Lot Ten (10) , Block Seven (7) , Town of Platteville, according to the recorded map or plat thereof, including the improvements thereon, and WHEREAS, the notarization portion of the Warranty Deed, which was issued to Dave Knowlton, recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, at Book 934 , Reception No. 1856198 , was not complete, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to issue a Corrected Warranty Deed to Dave Knowlton for the above described property and improvements and to have said Corrected Deed recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Corrected Warranty Deed, to be issued to Dave Knowlton for the hereinabove described property and improvements, be , and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said Corrected Warranty Deed.
