RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT CONCERNING OBTAINING LEGAL
SERVICE OF PROCESS - MARY A. NOLDE
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on March 27 , 1985 , the Board of County Commissioners
approved an Agreement with Mary A. Nolde concerning obtaining
legal service of process, and
WHEREAS , due to an increased amount of process service by
Mary A. Nolde, the Department of Social Services has submitted a
request to the Board that the amount of $2 ,000 stated in the
original Agreement be amended to read $5 ,000 , and
WHEREAS , after study and review, the Board deems it advisable
to approve the amendment to the Agreement with Mary A. Nolde.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the amendment to the
Agreement with Mary A. Nolde concerning obtaining legal service of
process be, and hereby is , approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
August, A.D. , 1985 .
