RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ESTABLISH
ANTELOPE HILLS SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a need to set
up a new fund through the Weld County Treasurer' s Office , for
the administration and financing of the Antelope Hills Special
Assessment Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Antelope Hills
Special Assessment Fund be, and hereby is, introduced into the
Weld County Accounting System, and that the Weld County
Treasurer is hereby authorized to establish said fund
accordingly.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all interest accruing to monies
in this fund shall be deposited in this fund.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
December, A.D. , 1986.
