RE: Subdivision Exemption
REQUEST: Subdivision exemption for ten acre building site per
attached legal description.
PURPOSE: To obtain financing for a six month construction loan for
building of new home. Mortgage holder, Farm Credit Services
of Greeley,will subordinate the ten acre site to First
National Bank of Brighton for a period of six months.
BENEFIT: To provide a place of residency for Fredric Minne family
while increasing the value of subject property. New home
will in no way interfere with the farming use of the total
acreage.
