MARTINEZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on the 3rd day of August, 1988, considered the request of Vicente G. Martinez to place one mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A.-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Lot 2 , Block 6 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, Vicente G.
