The Weld County Council met in regular session on Thursday, May 2,
at the Centennial Center in Greeley, with all members present. The
following issues were discussed:
The Johnstown Breeze has been designated as the official newspaper
for Weld County for the next year. The Johnstown Breeze will publish

possible conflict of interest involving the Chairman of the Weld County
Planning Commission, Bob Ehrlich. A motion was made to declare that no
conflict of interest exists, but it was defeated four to one. The Council
decided to conduct a special meeting to continue the discussion. The
meeting will be on Thursday, May 30, 7:30 p.m. , in the Council office.
The complainants, representing Pine Lake Village, and Mr. Ehrlich will be
asked to attend as well as their attorneys, engineers, and other involved
parties.
