RE: REAPPOINTMENT OF SHIRLEY REIN AND APPOINTMENT OF GREGORY
BROWN TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Board of
Adjustment and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Shirley Rein be
reappointed to serve in the District 4 position, and Gregory Brown
be appointed to serve in the District 5 position, with their terms
to expire December 31 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to
reappoint Shirley Rein and appoint Gregory Brown to the Board of
Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the reappointment of
Shirley Rein and the appointment of Gregory Brown to the Board of
Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31 , 1987 , be, and
hereby are, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
June , A.D. , 1985 .

Board of Adjustment
Gregory Brown - has been appointed to the Board of Adjustment. He will
serve in Dist. 3 which was vacated by Pat Ham. His term of office will
begin on June 17, 1985 and will expire on December 31, 1987.
Shirely Rein - has been reappointed to the Board of Adjustment. She
will continue to serve in Dist. 4. Her term of office will being
(retro-active) December 31, 1984 and will expire on December 31, 1987.
