HomeMy WebLinkAbout870318.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE - JAMES BOYLE ON BEHALF OF ESTATE OF WILLIAM F. BOYLE WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Agreement between Weld County, Colorado, and James Boyle on behalf of estate of William F. Boyle for the sale and purchase of a certain parcel of land, including all improvements thereon, and WHEREAS, said parcel of land is described as being Lots 8 , 9, and 19, Block 35 , LeRoy' s Keota , Colorado, and WHEREAS, the purchase of said parcel is for the purpose of placing a mobile home pad near the grader shed at said location, and WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Agreement , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate, including the land and all improvements thereon, be, and hereby is, approved.
