Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Rod Allison, representing the Planning Department, said a letter was received requesting that this matter be continued to May 4 because the applicant's representative was unable to be present today. Commissioner Lacy moved to continue this matter to May 4 at 2:00 p.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Johnson and carried unanimously.
