RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED CONCERNING CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN AULT, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Weld County has acquired, and is the owner of
certain property in Ault, Colorado, said property being more
particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1 :
Lots 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , and 15 , Block 2 ,
FIRST PENCE ADDITION, a Subdivision of the
TOWN OF AULT
PARCEL 2 :
Lots 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , and 15 ,
Block 3 , ANDERSON'S SECOND ADDITION, a
Subdivision of the TOWN OF AULT
WHEREAS , said property was previously declared surplus and
was duly advertised for sale in the La Salle Leader,
Greeley Tribune, and Eaton North Weld Herald, on April 11 , 1985 ,
and
WHEREAS, said property was placed for bid and on May 1 , 1985 ,
the bids were presented for consideration by the Board of County
Commissioners at a public meeting, and
WHEREAS, on May 8 , 1985 , the bid submitted by Highland
Feeders, Inc. , of Ault, Colorado, in the amount of SIXTY THOUSAND,
ONE HUNDRED AND ONE DOLLARS ($60 ,101) , being the high bid
submitted, was accepted as the purchase price for said property,
and the above described property was deemed sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Jacqueline Johnson,
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, be, and hereby is,
constituted and appointed to convey, by Warranty Deed, the
hereinabove described property in Ault, Colorado, to Highland
Feeders, Inc. , P.O. Box 366 , Ault, Colorado 80610 .

RE: EXECUTE WARRANTY DEED - HIGHLAND FEEDERS
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that as to such
conveyance, Jacqueline Johnson is hereby authorized to affix the
seal of Weld County and said conveyance shall have the effect of
transfer to Highland Feeders, Inc. , all right, title, and interest
which Weld County has in and to the above described property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
October, A.D. , 1985.

Lease from Union Pacific Railroad Company on part of its station
grounds westerly of said Lot 15, Block 2, First Pence Subdivision
to Town of Ault, Weld County, Colorado, and the improvements on
said leased premises. Improvements include five stall equipment

Parcel Number 3:
Lots 7-15, Block 3, Anderson's Second Addition to the Town of
Ault, Weld County, Colorado. Parcel is approximately 140 feet X

frame/metal clad) 24 feet X 140 feet.

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Director, Room
343, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado,
until 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 1985, for the parcels described above
in the Town of Ault, Weld County, Colorado.
The bids will be opened and read aloud during the regularly scheduled Weld
County Commissioners Public Board Meeting held in the assembly room on the
first floor of the Centennial Building, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado,
on Wednesday, May 1, 1985. The exact time of the reading will not be
specified; however, the Weld County Board Meeting begins at 9:00 a.m. , and
bids will be listed on the agenda. After the bids are read an auction will
be held and only the persons having submitted the two highest sealed bids
and anyone within 10% of the highest sealed bid will participate in the
auction.
It is understood that the Board of Weld County Commissioners of Weld County
reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in
bids, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board, is to the
best interests of the Board and of the County of Weld, State of Colorado.
