Conservation District made a resolution in regards to Weld County

- RESOLUTION -
RE: WELD COUNTY ORDINANCE 108 AND 108-A
THIS RESOLUTION , made on the 12th day of May , 1986 by the BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF THE WEST GREELEY SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT ( hereinafter
referred to as the "District " ) .
WHEREAS, West Greeley Soil Conservation District feels the immediate
need for enforcement of Weld County Ordinance 108 and 108-A, and
WHEREAS, the District does not feel they should be the enforcement
agency , and
WHEREAS, the District has accumulated information through follow-up
and follow-through of approved conservation plans for plowing permits , and
WHEREAS, Weld County should investigate and accumulate data for
ordinance enforcement .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , in consideration of the foregoing, the
West Greeley Soil Conservation District will provide information to a
intermediary third party who is appointed by the Weld County
Commissioners , responsible for determining Ordinance 108 , 108-A
violations and reporting such violations to the Weld County Commissioners .
