RE: APPOINTMENT OF MARVIN HALLDORSON TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board
of Adjustment due to the resignation of Ruby Fields , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Marvin Halldorson be
appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustment, with his term to
begin September 23 , 1985 , and expire December 31 , 1986 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Marvin Halldorson be,
and hereby is, appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustment,
with his term to expire December 31 , 1986 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
September, A.D. , 1985 .

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Marvin Halldorson has been appointed to the Board of Adjustment. He is taking
the place of Ruby Fields who has resigned. He will be an Associate Member.
term of office will begin on September 23, 1985 and expire on December 31,
1986.

Dear Board Members;
I am writting to formally resign from the Weld County Board of Adjustment.
Committments to my new position with Adams County will not allow me to
attend Board of Adjustment meetings.
I have enjoyed serving on the Board and hope that the position I am vaca-
