NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the District Court of Weld County,
Division I, Greeley, Colorado, will conduct a hearing to
consider the Petition.for formation of an ambulance district
in southwest Weld County. The hearing has been set for
January 29, 1985, at 11:00 a.m. , in Division I.
The proposed Tri-Area Ambulance District will consist of
the Frederick Fire Protection District and the Dacono Area
Fire Protection District, encompassing the municipalities of
Frederick, Firestone, and Dacono, and the unincorporated area
of Evanston. ..
A map, cost estimate, all resolutions and proceedings are on
file and may be examined at the office of the Clerk of the
District Court, Greeley, Colorado. Comments by owners of
real estate'to he assessed will he consided at the hearing,
and the matter may thereafter he submitted to a special election.
The owner of any real property within the proposed district may
file a petition with the Court requesting that his property be
excluded from the district, stating therein the reasons for ex-
clusion. The petition shall he verified, shall describe the
property to he excluded, and must he filed at least 10 days
prior to the court hearing on the petition to organize.
