RE: APPROVE CONCURRENCE TO CONTINUE AGREEMENT WITH THE BEEBE DRAW
LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 8 of the Law Enforcement
Agreement dated October 29 , 1987, between the County of Weld and
Weld County Sheriff, and the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority,
the Board was presented with a Concurrence to Continue Agreement,
and
WHEREAS, said document states that the term of said Agreement
shall continue from January 1 , 1989 , through December 31 , 1989 ,
with the further terms being as stated, and
WHEREAS, after review the Board deems it advisable to approve
said continuance, with a copy of said document being attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Concurrence to
Continue Agreement regarding the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement
Authority be, and hereby is , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Concurrence to Continue
Agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
November, A.D. , 1988 .

BEEBE DRAW LAW ENFORCEMENT
CONCURRENCE TO CONTINUE AGREEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 8 of an agreement dated October 29, 1987
between the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority and the Weld County
Sheriff, both parties hereby concur to continue said agreement from January
1, 1989 through December 31, 1989 in the amount of $119.
