RE: APPROVE SARA TITLE III , CHANGE NUMBER 3 , APPENDIX 18 , TO
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS PLAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board did, by Resolution dated October 23 , 1985 ,
approve a Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Change Number 3 ,
Appendix 18 , to the Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Plan,
and
WHEREAS, said Change Number 3 concerns additions to Part 5 of
the Plan, as shown in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve the changes to said Plan .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Change Number 3 ,
Appendix 18 , to the Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Plan
be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
March, A.D. , 1989 .
