Home My WebLink About850127.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF ADDENDUMS TO AGREEMENTS BETWEEN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, AND FRANK BRADLEY ALLEN, STEVEN J.HOLZEM, TIMOTHY McINTIRE, JOHN SUTTON, RONALD SCHWARTZ , JAMES KENWORTHY AND DONALD BOHN FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County has entered into Agreements with various appraisers for Commercial Appraisal Services , and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Addendums to the Agreements with Frank Bradley Allen, Steven J. Holzem, Timothy McIntire, John Shotton, Ronald Schwartz , James Kenworthy and Donald Bohn, and WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to approve the Addendums to Agreements for Commercial Appraisal Services with the above named persons , copies of said Addendums being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Addendums to Agreements for Commercial Appraisal Services with Frank Bradley Allen, Steven J. Holzem, Timothy McIntire , John Shotton, Ronald Schwartz , James Kenworthy and Donald Bohn be, and hereby are, approved. Both parties hereby agree to amend the Compensation paragraph that reads, "The total amount paid by County to Contractor under this agreement shall not exceed the sum of $8,550 plus mileage", to read as follows: "The total amount paid by County to Contractor under this agreement shall not exceed the sum of $11,000 plus mileage."
