Dear Mr. Szmyd:
The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed the plans for the
construction and rehabilitation of the wastewater lagoons. The Department of
Planning Services' staff has determined that this work would be a use
allowed as an accessory use in the I-1 (Industrial) zone district. The
extraction of materials for the construction of the lagoon dikes would be
allowed by SUP-312. Building permits and a Flood Hazard Development permit
will need to be applied for and approved prior to the start of construction.
Building permits and flood hazard development permits may be applied for at
the Department of Planning Services' office, 915 Tenth Street, Room 342,
Greeley.
