Keirnes Office Of County Assessor Weld County 915 10th Street Greeley, CO. 80631 Dear Mr. Keirnes We wish to call your attention to the fact that the above referenced well was a dry hole and was plugged back according to the statutes governing this procedure and was overseen by the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission. In addition the County of Weld was informed at the time that the well was being plugged and abandoned. Since then we find that we have been taxed in calendar year 1986 for a well that is not in existence. We further stipulate that there has never been nor is there now any equipment or real property located at the above referenced location.
