WHEREAS, Nolan Ashburn has requested permission to assign all wn

assignment must be approved by the Board of County Commissioners , so

Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to obtain permission to assign 100%
of my interest in SE/4, S/2 NE/4 of Section 25, Township 9 North - Range
57 West, Weld County, Colorado unto Mile Hi Oil & Gas, Inc. of P.O. Box
27296, Denver, Colorado 80227.
In assigning my interest, I will be keeping a 5% of 8/8ths over-
riding royalty.
