RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Community
Corrections Advisory Board, due to the resignations of Gary L.
Bress and Jessica Rozloff, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dick Evans be appointed
as the law enforcement representative on said Board, with his term
to expire August 1 , 1990, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Thomas Gonzalez be
appointed to represent the citizen position on said Board, with
his term to expire August 1, 1991 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Dick Evans and Thomas
Gonzalez to the Community Corrections Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Dick Evans and Thomas
Gonzalez be, and hereby are, appointed to serve on the Community
Corrections Advisory Board for terms as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
June, A.D. , 1988 .
