HomeMy WebLinkAbout890355.tiff RESOLUTION RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1540 - FELIX AND JOSE REYES WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 19th day of April, 1989 , considered the request of Felix and Jose Reyes for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS , said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows : Lot 4 , Block 10 , Aristocrat Ranchettes , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) Prior to the issuance of a building permit , the owner shall submit evidence that Aristocrat Ranchettes Water District is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use. 2) Prior to the principal dwelling mobile home being occupied: a. The noncommercial junkyard shall be removed from the property or screened from adjacent properties and road rights-of-way; and b. The partially dismantled mobile home and associated parts shall be removed from the property.
