COLORADO From Leland Pierce, Maintenance Support Foreman
Subject. Speed Limit Signs at Westview Estates
It has been brought to the attention of Maintenance Support that
there have been complaints of motor vehicles speeding in the
Westview Estates Subdivision. Upon visual inspection I found the
situation to be extremely hazardous for people coming out of
their driveways onto the street. The subdivision is small and
compact, and under current conditions it is my recommendation
that 25-mph speed limit signs be placed at each of the two
entrances to Westview Estates. (See attached diagram. )
