A utility service facility is a use allowed by right in the A District and complies with the adopted policies of the Weld County Comprehensive Plan and the requirements of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations. The remainder of this parcel will continue in the existing use - single family residential and agriculture. DISTRICT agrees to allow SWARTS to purchase back property for the same cost as DISTRICT paid for property at such time as DISTRICT abandons property for DISTRICT purpos- es and operation. 5 .
