Res Disclosure of Conflict of Interest Persuant to Colorado Revised
Statute 18-8-308, as Amended
Dear Secretary of States
As you know, Colorado Revised Statutes, 18-8-308 requires that a disclosure
be made of any conflict of interest involving any substantial discretionary
function in connection with a government contract, purchase payment, or
other pecuniary transaction. I am now serving as a Commissioner for the
Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority with a term expiring in September 1988.
You should know that I have the following interests in the private sector
which may, from time to time, conflict with my duties as a Commissioner for
the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority:
1. I own an airplane for which I buy fuel, lease space and generally use
the Greeley-Weld County Airport.
I am furnishing you the above information only because C.R.S 18-8-308
requires such disclosure. While I intend to exercise good judgement in
voting on matters affecting the Airport at all times, I have been advised
to file this letter for your information.
