Legal Description: A tract of land being a part of Tract "A" of Recorded
Exemption No. 1309-28-1-RE-177, and located in the
Southeast quarter of Section 28, Township 2 north, Range
66 west of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado and being
more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
the east quarter corner and considering the north line
of the southeast quarter of said Section 28 to bear
south 89° 52' 05" west, with all other bearings
contained herein being relative thereto;
Thence south 89° 52' 05"west, 2638.98 feet to the
northwest corner of said southeast quarter, more or
less;
Thence south 00° 14' 15" east, 1759.79 feet along the
west line of said southeast quarter to the true point of
beginning;
Thence south 82° 56' 16" east, 389.87 feet;
Thence south 01° 57' 36" west, 272.49 feet;
Thence north 86° 50' 57" west, 376.92 feet to a point on
the west line of said southeast quarter;
Thence north 00° 14' 15" west, 299.55 feet to the true
point of beginning; said tract of land contains 2.508
acres, more or less.
