processed by our office on or before May 17, 1988. If it is determined that
the application meets the approval criteria of Section 9-3 E. of the Weld
County Subdivision Regulations, you will be notified that the subdivision
exemption is approved. If the staff determines that the application does
not meet the approval criteria, you will be notified and asked to appear
before the Board of County Commissioners at a public hearing. You will be
informed of the hearing date at least a week prior to the hearing. The
Board of County Commissioners will then consider your application and make a
final decision on the subdivision exemption.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
#1. Application attached.
#2. We are requesting to do a subdivision exemption for lot A as
described on the attached survey and diagram in order for us
to do a recorded exemption on our, existing home and improve}
ments on lot B. We created lots A & B so that our son living
in the improvements on lot A could howe his own property rather
than continue renting. Now we want to exempt our home on lot
B as we are retired and are selling our farm to the tenant now
farming our farm. We are just waiting to close as soon as this •
is approved.
The existing land use of the properties will not be changed
and will con form to all surrounding properties. We had not
been made aware at the time of the original exemption that
we could do a recorded exemption and subdivision exemption
since we had two sets of improvements or we would have taken
care of it all at once.
#3. See attached deeds.
#4. Before legals will apear the same as the after legals as this
has been a recorded exemption. The change in legals will be
in the recorded exemption also being applied for and will only
affect lot B.
#5. Before and after will apear the same for the reason stated
above.
