RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF USED RIPPER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Weld County Administrative
Manual, all used equipment must be purchased by Board Resolution,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Road and Bridge Department has
recommended the purchase of a used P.M. tractor ripper for
$1 ,800 . 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Board hereby
authorizes the purchase of the above described used ripper from
Eaton Farm Equipment for $1 ,800 .00 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
December, A.D. , 1988 .
