WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, w o
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the z
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and z n

WHEREAS, on the 12th day of August, 1987 , the Board of County z
Commissioners approved a request from Ed Orr, of Orr Land Company, z '-
to vacate a portion of the right-of-way 30 feet wide off the west o
side of the W§ of the NW} , Section 24 , Township 4 North, Range 67 c m
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and m

WHEREAS , due to an error, the request to vacate the m1/40
right-of-way was listed as certain portions of Weld County Road z o
44 , and

WHEREAS, the request should have been stated to vacate the m
right-of-way on certain portions of Weld County Road 23 south of xr,
Weld County Road 44 . (Underlining added to indicate correction. ) -

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County m
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Ed 0n
Orr, of Orr Land Company, to vacate the right-of-way be , and w
