RE: Special Use Permit #435
Dear Keith:
Farm Credit Bank of Wichita is the present owner of the property located in
Section 31-8-67 by virtue of a Public Trustees deed dated January 25, 1989
(copy enclosed) .
We desire action by your office to abandon and vacate the Special Use
Permit on this property. We have been advised this permit does not enhance
the marketability of this property for us and due to changes in the
character of the neighborhood we request this permit be abandoned.
As the original " Wright Special Use Plat" was recorded in the Weld County
records we would request that the abandonment document be recorded as well.
Please send me a copy of the recorded abandonment document when recorded.
