DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

U WHEREAS, a Petition has been received by the Board of County

o complete and in accordance with §35-5-104 (5) , CRS, as amended.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
N• O Commissioners of the County of Weld, Colorado, that the lands
o ' described in said Petition are hereby annexed into the Eastern
'" '" Weld Pest Control District.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Weld, Colorado, shall execute an Order to the
District Advisory Committee of the Eastern Weld Pest Control
District, ordering the inclusion of said lands into said District,
and the Chairman is hereby authorized to sign.

provisions of Article 5 of Title 35, CRS 1973, as amended, do hereby petition
said Board of County Commissioners for that purpose and represent as follows:
