RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1133 - LARRY MOWERY WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , on the 12th day of February, 1986 , considered the request of Larry Mowery for a mobile home to be used as more than one mobile home for an accessory to a farm, and WHEREAS , said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows : Part of the SE4, Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions : 1) The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners ; 2) Prior to the issuance of a building permit , the owner shall submit evidence t hat the well is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use; and 3) The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time t hat the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions .
