RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1045 - HARRY AND ROSE MITOTES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 26th day of June, 1985 , considered the request of Harry and Rose Mitotes for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lots 30-31 , Kersey Spanish Colony; Part of the NE4 SE', Section 21 , Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned condition. Location: Approximately 1/2 mile east of Kersey, south of U.S. Highway 34 and west of Weld County Road 55.
